At Soundroads Amplification, we pride ourselves on robust amplifiers that are built to last. We are committed to ongoing oversight of the production and quality control of nearly every component used in each amplifier, from the chassis and cabinet to the transformers and controls.

While this commitment to quality assurance results in a slightly higher retail price, we feel that ensuring this level of commitment to quality is necessary to guarantee our amps outperform and outlive every other amp on the market. We aim to surpass your expectations of durability and reliability and deliver the incredible tapestry of tonal options you’re seeking and have come to expect from Soundroads Amplification.

WARRANTY

Every Soundroads Amplification amplifier is warranted for a period of five years from date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Our warranty covers everything, except tubes, which carry a 120-day warranty. Our warranty does not cover the cost of shipping your amp to us for service or repair, but it does cover the cost of us shipping the amp back to you.

We will always do our best to repair or service and return your amp in the shortest time possible. We will also make every effort to troubleshoot any amp by phone or email, and in many cases, we can avoid unnecessarily shipping an amp for service when the issue proves to be a minor one. We are available by phone and email to answer maintenance and service questions you may have, so feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Buyers pay for all shipping and handling. Shipping costs are determined per amplifier and per shipment location.
